Reviews:
My support goes to all the medical workers, so please take what I say as constructive criticism and not as an insult.

1. Phone calls, y’all know and have seen the reviews, please work on them it is 2023 now and you have a new upgraded system that still has never been helpful to a majority of the individuals who use your services

2. Scheduling, it seems that appointments get packed and overlapped on days expected to be busy. Though I know you have to accommodate with the client, from my own experience, I’ve only ever been given the same times even when asking for different appointment times and days no matter the wait. a more fluid system would be nice.

3. Kid entertainment, Maybe add an activity board to a wall for all the moms out here struggling to hold it together and still take care of themselves. Something as simple as a busy board on a wall helps so much and will also benefit you because there will be less of a wait for the moms trying to fill out paperwork while wrangling kids. Also less kid tantrums and we all love that.

4. Why are MRIs so hard to get? Genuine question, I know it’s a struggle everywhere

5. Build a better reputation, start listening to the people who you have to deal with every day. They will give you the best insight. Some may not have tact, but at least it’s a learning lesson to grow and try to do better.

6. Thank you for your services and I’m sorry if this comment comes off as rude, that’s not my intention

Granted COVID has been rampant. The phone line is rarely answered and it is nearing 2022 since COVID. I see that a response was made on here to another reviewer that they had increased calls since August, but it is now December and I’ve had problems getting an answer even before August. Does the Airman answering the phone need to be a medical professional? Perhaps reaching out to other AFSCs/dependents, if it is an option, to at least let the people who call in, could help. I know the job isn’t easy, and I appreciate all the hard work y’all do day in and out but if we can’t reach you, why have a phone line. This is why I walk in, but it was frustrating because previously I would get told to call for an appointment.
Called for an appointment. A total of 1 hour and 30 minutes on hold. 1 hour with one person ahead of me. 20 minutes with “0” callers ahead of me. Never in my life have I ever heard that. Finally after the phone finally rang to talk to someone, the robot said the system is experiencing difficulties. Now I’m sitting going to have to wait for month to get seen. Tricare Online Portal shows the next available in a month out. It’s just frustrating that people can’t get seen at a timely manner for health issues.
