Reviews:
If I can give a zero I would but the receptionist deserves to be recognized since she is very sweet and polite but the owner don’t know how to talk to her patients. Can’t respond but He actually went after my child after he was called since it is his service dog, plus he was not walking around if not you would of started screaming at us since the beginning and he wasn’t upset at all with me leaving on the contrary he was upset how it was handle cause the first day he was also with us.
Worst dental care I have been to. Went for a dental cleaning. Everything seemed excellent at beginning. However, once the dental hygienist saw me she said I need to spend 4K out of my pocket treat my gum infection. I said no and then she offered me to put something on my teeth to protect it from further infection costing around $300, which i didn’t agree to. And the hygienist had the authority to stop cleaning my teeth right away and said it was it. WOW
Been coming here for a while now, but my last experience left a bad taste in my mouth. The receptionist and hygienist are both pleasan. But the Doctor!?? The Doctor is Rude and non chalant. I asked him a question about my teeth a d he asked me “to google it”. Who says that to a patient as a professional?. Plus he stinks, like he needs to take a shower or put in some deodorant. Just a very distasteful experience.
