Reviews:
I was not happy with the cleaning I received here. I used to be a patient when the previous dentist had her practice here, but this is a completely new operation. Staff were friendly, but the cleaning was perfunctory and the provider wasn’t helpful when discussing my mouth health. I decided to switch dentists so I requested a copy of my x-rays twice over the phone and was told they couldn’t give them to me. They have a legal and ethical obligation to provide a copy of my records regardless of the status of payment. I went in in person today (1/11/19) to request the records again, and the receptionist had the owner, Jasmine (refused to give her last name) call me. She was immediately confrontational, condescending, and completely misrepresented the fact that 1) I DO have a legal right to a copy of my records regardless of payment status, and 2) My insurance had paid for the visit 3 weeks prior.
Please do not go here. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
