If I could give less than one star, I would. I have had to reschedule a couple appointments, and when I did, the staff is extremely rude and wants to know why I am cancelling and lectures you about keeping your appointment. I overheard them on the phone with another client, speaking rudely about the same thing. Both times I rescheduled an appointment, they charged $100 for “missed” appointments. I actually DID miss my son’s appointment and called to apologize and reschedule. I was informed by the office manager, that they are dismissing our family from their practice. I have never heard of this. We are a family of 6 and do our best to be courteous and respectful of others time.
As a new patient, I did not know what to expect from 44th St Dental. My past dentist experiences were typical and uninviting. Dr. Veker took the time to educate me about my specific teeth and did it in a fun and friendly way. Despite being booked for weeks out, during my first appointment he was able to schedule me for some tooth repair and a cleaning the next week; willing to stay late and fit me in. I was in a rush to get my teeth checked and repaired before leaving my job. I highly recommend Dr. Veker to all patients. His office and staff are second to none! I would never imagine going to any other dentist than Dr. Veker ever again.
If you are looking for the best dentist and team in the Twin Cities, look no further than 44th Street Dental. Dr. Veker and the staff are some of the kindest, most generous human beings I have ever met. I have severe dental anxiety and it is always met with gentleness, consideration, and understanding. I don’t hate going to the dentist anymore because this office is always full of warm, wonderful, kindhearted people who love to laugh and truly enjoy what they do. Thanks Dr. Veker and Dorothy for always making me feel so at ease and for the belly laughs. You are the absolute best!
