My family and I have been patience of this clinic for 30 years or more. After Dr. Olfin retired the office feel has changed. it is now cold and clinical and people working there don’t seem to have the human touch any longer. After I retired. My benefits are now gone. I live on a pension and I’m no longer able to go to the dentist as the cost is expensive and after being a patient for 30 years, I thought that they would work with me to make it more affordable and only offered me a 10% discount. If Dr. Olfen was still there, I’m sure there would be a different result. I’m very disappointed that loyalty was not taken into account.
My autistic adult son went approximately three months ago and told me it wasn’t the same anymore and he didn’t want to go back as he felt how cold and clinical it had become.
If you like cold and clinical, this is the place for you, but it’s not a place for us any longer

It’s been less than 5 hours since my extraction and implant and I already feel well enough and happy enough to leave a review. Have also just received a text from the excellent Dr. Cusato checking in on me. It’s not the kind of procedure anyone enjoys but the entire process and staff – Dr. Cusato, Dr. Dhaliwal, and Carla – were first-class. Keep me informed as we went along; kept me at ease; and kept me with a smile on my face. This team of professionals truly cares for you and they make going to the dentist “easy”. Thank you to the entire staff at 540 Dental.
Absolutely wonderful experience with this office and team, Went in for dental surgery of a tooth removal.
Dr. Tineke was very professional and patient and was able to help me through this first time procedure with grace and care. Not only that but she followed up with me the next day to make sure I was doing okay.
I highly recommend this office for anyone looking to get any work done. All experiences I have had with the office team and all dental staff have been more then amazing as they welcome you in as family and treating you as such.
