Dr. Pollaci and the team at Studio Dentistico Smile Clinic Catania are angels! On a recent trip to Rome and Catania, a bridge came loose. The office responded to my initial message within an hour and provided an appointment the very next day. Dr. Pollaci and the wonderful front office assistant (I wish I had gotten her name) were super-professional and friendly. Since I do not speak Italian, it is fortunate that Dr. Pollaci is fluent in English. At the end of the visit, he even told me about the Festival of Saint Agatha happening the next week, sharing its history and showing photos online. It truly felt like a visit to a dentist I had known forever. Highly recommended. Thank you Dr. Pollaci and Studio Dentistico Smile Clinic Catania! 😀
Our 6 yrs old daughter had a dental emergency during holiday on Sicily. The doctor from Studio Dentistico Smile Clinic was really ready to help in spite of having closed that day. He came immediately just because of us to help in emergency. After the professional treatment the smiles were back on our faces 🙂

I was on holiday and need to visit on an emergency basis. I saw one of Dr. Pollaci’s dentists during the Covid pandemic. The surgery took all the necessary risk assessment measures as well as providing excellent service and importantly, immediate pain relief! Thank you for your help.
