Starting with the scheduling piece, it went quite well, as they were personable and very professional. On my very first visit Maureen was introduced as my hygienist. She was very professional and patient – explained what she would be doing. She explained what I should do in between visits, recommended a toothpaste for sensitivity, explained what she saw going on with my teeth, and listened to me. I’m very nervous about dental visits, and she honored that and did her best to make me as comfortable as possible. She did a wonderful job on my cleaning!
Then I met Dr. McCarty. He was very personable, and his exam was gentle. I’m feeling good about this office – so far every single part went extremely well from initial scheduling to the visit with the hygienist to meeting the dentist to scheduling upcoming visits. All around good experience!

New patient and very happy with my experience. No trouble or confusion re: insurance/payment on check-in or checkl-out, friendly office and medical staff, clean & quiet facility, and most importantly a normal amount of pleasant conversation at the right times i.e. when my mouth wasn’t locked open and preventing me from responding. A+, will return in 6 months!

I really enjoy coming to McCarty Family Dental. Today I came in for a cleaning with Jen. She did a wonderful job of cleaning my teeth. She was very thorough, warm, welcoming and professional. Dr. Scott was friendly, compassionate and attentive to detail as he completed his exam. The entire office staff was friendly and makes you feel like family.
