I came to Hamamoto Dentistry after many years of not going to dentists because of bad experiences and major anxiety. In all the time I have been going to them (almost two years now) they have been so compassionate and so caring that my anxiety around the dental procedures has reduced significantly. I just had my 1st crown put on and I was able to have the permanent crown put on without nitrous. I would 1000% recommend this office to anyone, no matter how bad your anxiety or the state of your dental care. They will take care of you with absolute compassion and excellent dental care. Trust me you’ll feel so much better.

Highly professional; every member of staff is well versed in their job. I have recently completed extensive work over the last two years and every step of the way was top notch. I greatly appreciate the detailed exams and a comprehensive review of the work needing done and price estimations. The use of insurance and /or Medicare is fully understood and discussion is open.

Before I scheduled an appointment, I asked if they took my insurance. I specifically asked if they were in-network. They said yes and had my appointment.
Afterwards, I received a large bill because they actually aren’t in-network. Very upset.
Edit: Hamamoto Dentistry contacted me about this review. They said that my insurance is wrong and that they are in-network. They haven’t fixed anything or gotten my insurance to acknowledge them as in-network, but asked me to take down the review. Good reviews seem to take priority over customer service.
