My cleaning today with Alexis was stellar like usual! Staff is always super nice but again as a Local Guide for Google I have to call out the review below as it doesn’t seem justified. We as patients have to understand that there are appointments before and after us. On top of that, we should actually be 5 minutes early to our appointments cause you have to fill out some paperwork either some consent or cleaning form. Next, a “Grace period” is just that…a grace period. Your “grace period” can’t have it’s own “grace period” . I see why I sometimes have to wait 10 min before being seen is because other patients are showing up late to their appointments. This whole time I thought the office was running behind lol

Had my cleaning with Alexis cause she’s simply the best! Being someone that takes reviews seriously as a google local guide, i know the implications it can do, and for that reason all reviews must be factual. As far as the reviews about xrays, I’m a little confused (more like alot confused) why some of us come in expecting a dr to treat us without any images. Do you go to a cardiologist and say “no imaging or ekg…just perform the operation “…no you don’t. I’ve been coming to this office for over 4 years and nobody has ever been rude. Even the billing department is nice, which is rare . I know when my wife was pregnant we refused xrays with no issues but you NEED one set of xrays a year…at most 2 years. Starting to think some people are scared of what they may hear after the dr sees the xray. Long story short, this office is simply the best and they only do xrays 1 a year where as my last Dentist did it every 6months.

This office is so organized, polite…like uberly polite! My kids and wife like both hygienist and the Dentist! Came back for my 6 month cleaning and everything went smoothly as usual! I still highly recommend My Frederick Dentist!! Honestly, I have no idea why anyone would go anywhere else.

Went in to do my oral cancer screening exam. Very happy with the staff here!

The team at this office is wonderful! From start to finish everything is professional, hygienist and Dr are really good at what they do here, and they are definitely covid safe! Air purifiers in every room. All rooms have doors which can be closed which is what I prefer, and they have the proper PPE along with someone who wipes down surfaces to what seems to be all the time. Especially during this pandemic I wouldn’t risk going anywhere else! They accept all PPO insurance and patients without insurance. They got me in same day when I needed a cleaning and in one of my tooth was hurting and when I asked how did you guys get me in and the manager replied “Our policy is we schedule new patients immediately”. My tooth was bothering me, set up my appt, and dr actually stayed a little late for me which I truly appreciated. I also go to their silver spring office. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I finally found my dentist office! I’ve never had a hygienist be so gentle yet so thorough. Alexis was so sweet and gave me tips on some great toothpastes to help whiten my teeth. Dr Hong was so kind, and educated me on my dental health in a practical yet effective way! I enjoyed my visit to the dentist which is a first for me in my 32 years of life! My teeth feel amazing! Go here 🙂 You will feel so welcome.

Dr Hong is an amazing dentist and compassionate he truly cares about his pts and anyone he comes in contact with he is a very patient teacher his work is excellent if you ever are lucky enough to meet him you will be very blessed I cannot say enough about him. He is amazing and he is also very gentle and he takes his time and his work again is amazing. Jenn Whaley
