Great precision, amazing personality and treatment like a family every time I come to Dr. Cai Phil’s office. Front desk , assistants and all staff are very great and tell you only the treatment you need. Dr. Phil is super straight forward and explain what to expect. I am glad to come here always and don’t mind the 45 minutes it takes me to go there for treatment whether it is for cleaning or major treatment such as crowns. I am glad I took my brother’s recommendation to start coming here 2 years ago, still keep going and will continue to go there. I recommend to anyone who wants an honest assessment and professional major works and routine checkups.

I came from out of town to help my son who had badly broken his arm. Unfortunately, a crown fell off one of my upper teeth. My son, Michael, suggested I see his dentist, Dr. Cai, With whom he has been most pleased. Since this was not the first time this crown had fallen off, I knew there was a problem. While showing me x-rays, Dr. Cai explained to me why he couldn’t replace the crown.(there was no tooth above the gum line). He then gave me all my options for how to remedy my situation. Dr. Cai works in a very professional manner, but he also has a delightful and personable manner. Thank you very much for helping me so promptly.

My updated review 2024: STILL the best doc ever. So gentle, patient, thoughtful , non judgmental and kind. They go above and beyond. He’s the reason I’m no longer scared of the dentist and because of that I can have a healthy mouth. I’m truly grateful for you Dr. Cai and your caring team. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
