EXCEPTIONAL. I am the biggest baby when it comes to the dentist. I am so lucky to have found Harbor Dental in St John’s. Sophia and Ernst are true gems. They were so extremely kind and welcoming. They both have warm inviting energy. They treated me like VIP.
Ernst was so smooth and efficient with taking my X-rays! It was flawless and he didn’t need to keep taking the same X-rays over and over like most dentist offices that I’ve been too.
Sophia… what a kind and empathetic dental hygienist. She was so comforting and loving.. yes loving. I received a deep cleaning.. a very thorough PAINLESS deep cleaning. I feel like I left with a new mouth!
For the first time I wasn’t afraid to go to the dentist let alone leaving pain-free.

Z, in billing is the best! He is so kind and equally caring. What a breath of fresh air he is. He’s like a gentle giant who really cares about the health of your teeth as well. I laugh so much when I see him. I look forward to booking my future appointments with Z!

Lastly, but certainly not least. Dr. Mohamed Osman was equally kind and welcoming. He put me at ease and treated me like an old friend. I am looking forward to completing the plan he’s laid out for me.

I recently had a great experience at Harbour Dental in St. John’s. I had been experiencing pain with one of my teeth and decided to book an appointment with Dr. Patel. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Dr. Patel was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue with my tooth in a way that I could understand. He was very patient and gentle throughout the entire procedure, which helped ease my nerves. Z Ernst, the dental assistant, was also fantastic. He was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment.

Overall, I was very impressed with the level of care I received at Harbour Dental. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel and Z Ernst to anyone in need of dental services. Thank you for your excellent care!

Ernst is the best Dentist Assistant. He embodies hospitality and is sensitive to the needs of the patient. He exudes warmth and friendliness. So thankful for his energy and positivity! Zee does a great job of explaining the financial portion and also even draws out what to expect during the procedure. Sophia was dental hygienist was so comforting and checked in often to ensure I was comfortable during major deep cleaning. Again, very warm, friendly and competent service from Sophia. Very welcoming staff and first time I was told I needed something done and they squeeze me in the next day for prompt service. Definitely recommend for the squeamish and those that put off dental work out of fear – very personable and reassuring team!
