I was there 3 hours for a cosmedic filling, towards the end I need more numbing. She didn’t wait long enough for the medicine to work. I let her know I was still feeling pain. She wanted to know if I had taken other medicine, She isn’t big on customer service. I walked out. She wanted to take a picture before I left. No way, I am paying you. I’m not going to sit there while u cause me pain. Talking to her assistant like I wasn’t even there. at that time I’ve been there for 2 hours in the chair .
.she also didn’t tell me that she was going to drill the way most of my tooth . just was not pleased with DDSMichellei at all. If she didn’t want to do the procedure that’s all she had to say.

Pls save your money and time by not going to this place worst service ever only 2 persons work here doctor and receptionist and they can’t handle 1 person per hour. They gave me estimate for silver and white filling and when i said i will do silver which was covered by my insurance which would be $75 after insurance but then receptionist went to doctor and came back and said we don’t do silver filling we only do white which they wanted to charge $600 for after insurance for 5 fillings and it doesn’t include Xray prices. So i Wasted 2 hours after my appointment time 1 hour waiting and 1 hr getting estimate. and got no service.

Great office. They don’t do digital front desk. Its all by hand so they are a bit slow. But once you get in to see the Dentist she is wonderful. I don’t know about price because my insurance covers the cost. But i feel comfortable and not pressured into getting services i cant pay for. In the back office the technology is all up to date makes for easier visits. Over all love this doctor the only thing is it is a VERY slow office. Worth the wait though. It is better to call ahead for an appointment then walking in to get one as there is minimal staff.
