Really kind and competent staff in addition to a calming and upbeat environment. Very glad we found this practice! They were able to see my husband next morning for an emergency procedure- Dr Bawa was very swift, no drama, no judgment, and took care of the problem. I appreciate the no cell phone signs in the patient rooms. Gave me an opportunity to unplug from my emails and enjoy the calming music while I briefly waited to be seen. Definitely recommend 🙂
I had a follow-up appointment further to completion of work on my implants. The staff was courteous and promptly informed the Hygiene specialist of my arrival.
She did an excellent job with the procedure and explained everything in detail without any rush. Dr. Bawa is always pleasing and listens to concerns patiently and responds in detail.
Highly recommend giving them a chance to provide you quality dental care.

I absolutely love Potomac Crown Dental! The staff is amazing, everyone is really nice and customer service oriented. Dr. Bawa and technicians that helped me were all very gentle, kind and informative- which made for a great appointment every time. I was able to take advantage of the sale they had on Invisalign, and that coupled with my insurance I ended up paying $0 out of pocket. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!
