I came to this office to get a second opinion, because I wasn’t too comfortable with my prior visit at another office. From the first step in the door, it was Such A welcoming vibe. The front desk, the manager, the hygienist, and doctor are ALL so so friendly and do everything they can to make you comfortable. During my exam, the detailed information was so thorough and provided me with SO much more information about my own teeth and gums than I had been given before. The options for treatment were designed to fit my needs AND my budget. I talked to Barbara on the phone before I even made an appointment, but solely because of her sweet personality and desire to CARE about the patients, I chose to try this office. I am so glad that I did because I LOVE everything about it. Definitely sticking with them.
After a terrible experience at a different dental office in SA, I was referred to Tuscany Dental by a personal friend. I am so thankful for that referral. From the moment I walked in the door I felt cared about & individualized. Each member of the Tuscany Dental Office did their part to help me understand the process and put me at ease about insurance. They took personal interest in what I do for a living & listened to all the concerns I had regarding my dental health. Plus, their office was clean & truly beautiful. I am so happy to have found Tuscany Dental! 5 Stars!!
All of the ladies at Tuscany Dental Care are so incredibly wonderful! I am new to Texas and unfortunately woke up this morning with pain in the upper left portion of my mouth (wisdom teeth related). I had been given Tuscany Dental Care as a recommendation by my eye doctor and I’m so happy I chose them! From the moment I walked into the office, everyone was so pleasant and friendly! All staff made sure to explain every detail of my appointment to me and although my outcome is wisdom teeth removal, I’ll certainly be returning for future cleanings!!
