UPDATE: This is all malpractice going on here. Months working with another dentist to fix what’s happened. Untill after this review I didn’t know he had drilled sly like into 3 other teeth close by, I think so they’d need work by the time I would have come back. They were scooped out to the point where breathing was sensitive. It was a consistantly deep tool mark ditch. Going through three consecutive teeth. I’ve never had tooth problems like this. I went in for a cleaning and happened to have a cavity. He was cutting as many corners and bending as many rules possible to save his time and make/save money.

The worst cleaning Ive ever had done. Plaque bits left everywhere, too quick for quality and the dentist was snide and seemingly sick and resentful of the type of patients he sees. (Lots have no choice bc of insurance) unfortunately I came back for a filling and it was botched. Started drilling IMMEDIATELY after injection for numbness. He stabbed dead center in my cheek area where there was NO topical numbing done and shoved it aggressively repeatedly deep and I had odd markings on my facial skin after. I’ll be going somewhere else to shape the filling because it’s practically attached to my other tooth. No departing paperwork, this place is probably prevalent with scam like people say.

The staff is amazing, patient, and understanding… it was my first time there today and unfortunately my tooth had to be extracted… i have a HUGE TERRIBLE EXTREMELY BAD PHOBIA at the dentist, always have since i was a child…. Let me tell you, that doctor was AMAZING!! And his assistant!!! I HIGHLY recommend them… he was truly patient and understanding, was gentle, and gave me breaks when i needed them… i had never had a dentist so patient, kind, and understanding before in my life… I will be going back every 6 months for sure!! Absolutely loved them all!! I am beyond thankful it was them that performed this horrendous procedure.!!! Also, they dont do any procedures without letting you know how much your insurance covers, which is great bc other offices do procedures without even telling you anything.

Went in for a cleaning and a check up and my teeth hurt worse then before I went in and they call you several times if you miss the first call even though they leave you a voicemail (a lot of us have kids and jobs not always able to answer and 7 phone calls within 2 hours is overboard ) most the staff is rude I did go to another dentist and told them about my experience and when they checked my teeth they let me know they were now damaged I will not be returning
