Dr. Kramer was AMAZING! Dr. Benavente inherited me as a customer when Dr. Kramer retired! He is also awesome. Very professional but kind and gentle and down to earth. Nancy does a great job manning the desk, even during Covid. They are very good w/Covid precautions. I even had an emergency appointment in the middle of the pandemic. They were closed, but he came in to help me anyway! I’ve referred him to my closest friends, which I don’t do lightly.
The office manager Ms. Nancy does a wonderful job at communication and is efficient and prompt with records requests. 🙂
