i had two root canals done as a child, and nobody told me i needed crowns on them. my teeth have been extremely oversensitive since then, until my new dentist put crowns on them.
they also completely ignored a brown spot on the back of my tooth, saying it was from a bite block and just a spot. it was actually an awful cavity. they tried to tell me my teeth were rotting and that i needed to spend 3000 dollars to fix it (1500 for crowns since they’re not covered by insurance which makes sense, but also 1500 for some procedure that my new dentist told me he could prescribe something that my insurance covered so i didn’t even need it). my teeth were also not even rotting, it was just the fact that nobody put crowns on my root canals.
classic case of medical neglect and trying to get money out of a 20 year old who has been going to this dentist since he was a child.

I had an appointment yesterday and bedside the fact I had called twice to make sure my insurance was still covering, they assured me it was. So after several confirms (one at 11 a.m. my appointment was at 1, I got there and was told my insurance was not covered. I wasted 2 hours of my day not to mention gas money over the office and their laziness not to bother calling me at 11 instead of confirming. It’s a corporate office and so nobody cares if the hygienist has an hour hole in her schedule. It’s mind blowing how unattached these places are. Go to a dentist that owns the practice if you can find one because these places simply care about nothing but their paychecks

Great Hygienist and Dentist, but the office staff has major communication issues. We have updated our information many times over the last few years and everything was still being sent to the incorrect address for 2 YEARS and nothing was ever mentioned in the office when going and getting bi annual check ups. On top of receiving incorrect EOBs for years and informing them that the insurance the claim is being sent to is incorrect. Then they want to be hostile when trying to figure out why there are suddenly additional charges. Will not be returning again
