I recently had a root canal done by Radiant Smiles ll dentist two years ago. Unfortunately, six months ago, I discovered an abscess on the same tooth that had undergone the root canal procedure. Naturally, I returned to the same dentist who performed the root canal in the first place, hoping for a resolution.

To my disappointment, the dentist’s solution was to simply refer me to a specialist and prescribe me antibiotics. No further explanation, no attempt to rectify the situation or offer any additional assistance. I was left feeling neglected and dissatisfied with the lack of care and attention to my ongoing dental issue.

Adding insult to injury, when I requested a refund for the failed root canal procedure, the dentist office manager Courtney (her name tag said Court) denied my request, leaving me stuck with the financial burden of their ineffective treatment. This lack of accountability and refusal to take responsibility for their subpar work only adds to my frustration and disappointment with this dental practice.

Overall, I would not recommend this dentist for any complex dental procedures or follow-up care. Their lack of follow-through, dismissive attitude towards my concerns, and refusal to provide a refund for a failed procedure highlight their lack of professionalism and commitment to patient care. Save yourself the trouble and seek out a more attentive and competent dental provider.

Dr Lo is amazing!! I’m definitely not a fan of going to the dentist & especially not a fan of dental treatment!! I would say that I have dental anxiety & I was able to get through the injections (which were tolerable) & an extraction!! Thank you Dr Lo for your amazing work & your overall chair side manner!! You truly are one of the best!! A++

I had extensive work done and Radiant Smiles made the overall experience an absolute pleasure.
The entire staff was knowledgeable, very friendly and their efficiency was truly impressive. Almost a dozen appointments and even though the office appeared always busy I don’t recall ever waiting more than a few minutes. What a great team of professionals they are!
