Front desk was friendly and answered all questions. Casey was very tentative about my understanding of what was going to happen with scans and cleaning.She also made sure that I was as comfortable as possible. The Dentist was very thorough about what was needed to be done and explaining the next steps. Beware that if you need teeth pulled and dentures the only dentist that can do it may not be in your network even though the location is and you will have to pay full price. Also I called back a couple of days later and asked for an antibiotic because I was in pain. I was told that they don’t feel comfortable giving it and that I would have to go to the ER. Good news is they wave a fluoride fee if you give a review.

I obviously LOVE this dentist!!!! I have been there a few times now and they handled everything so nicely, everyone is extremely nice. The last time I was here I had a lady name Casey who was incredible!!! I had my kid with me and she was fantastic with him and making sure she didn’t miss anything when it came to cleaning my teeth. She even help me with my son to get him comfortable and not scared when it’s his turn. 10/10 highly recommend.

Highly recommend! I have a strong fear of dentists, since I haven’t had the best experiences in the past at different dental offices, but everyone at Machesney Dental Studio made sure I was super comfortable and explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend them, Dr Esha is the best! My family will continue to go here!
