I recently had my first appointment at Marbella, and I am absolutely over the moon! After retiring from the Air Force about 1.5 years ago, I hadn’t had a cleaning or checkup in all that time, so I was pretty nervous about going back to the dentist. I was worried about being pressured into unnecessary dental work, but from the moment I walked in, all my fears vanished! The entire team was incredibly professional, taking the time to explain every detail to me. I left feeling not just confident, but truly cared for.

Sharon, my dental technician, was an absolute star! I’ve always dreaded those uncomfortable X-ray pieces, but she worked some kind of magic because, this time, the process was completely painless! And Iris, who handled my cleaning, was in a league of her own–my teeth have never felt this clean!! Her expertise surpassed anything I’ve ever experienced–she was phenomenal!

I also want to give a huge thank you to Dr. Morozuni! My TMJ has been extremely painful when I chew, and he went above and beyond by researching different specialists in the area and making a referral that’s covered by my insurance. After spending so many years in the military and dealing with the VA, it feels incredible to be taken care of so well!

I am truly grateful to the entire team at Marbella for their exceptional care. They have truly set a high standard for dental care and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to look after me. What a truly fantastic experience!

This was my first visit at Marbella dentistry, I made an appointment for fillings I knew I needed done. (Did not get them done at my former job due to them being closed on Saturday). I was excited to try this office out, the receptionist was really nice and friendly ! The dental assistant was kind as well, moving on to Dr. James he was rude and condescending he occasionally got annoyed with me asking questions (I haven’t gotten a filling in years). I also would tell him when I would still fill him poking just to let him know if he needed to numb the area more because he stated he was checking to see if it needed more numbing. When I would tell him I could feel it he would reply with “that’s why I’m numbing it” in a rude tone. Initially when I was talking to the dr and in the process of getting numb I wanted to walk out. I only stuck it out because I don’t have a lot of free time to get appointments done. The doctor even started pushing harder on the area saying he does that when he feels like the patient can’t handle it ? I was just stating I could feel it. When he pushed harder on the area I ended up tearing up in the chair. I finally just stayed quiet feeling like I couldn’t say anything without getting talked to like I was beneath him. Very uncomfortable experience would never recommend this office to anyone. Never experienced anything like this at any other dental office it’s completely unacceptable.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Marbella Dentistry, and I can’t express enough how impressed I was with their service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. I do not remember the Reservist dental hygienist or the Dr that treated me but they do need an outstanding review.

The staff took the time to explain each procedure in detail, ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed throughout my visit. Their communication was excellent, making it easy to understand what to expect. I truly appreciated the personal touch they provided, making me feel like more than just another patient.
