DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE AT ALL. I strongly believe Marjan Mohammadi, the sole practicing dentist at this office engages in shady and deceptive insurance billing procedures, such as charging for more work than was received/performed. She displays a lack of attentiveness and no genuine concern for her patients and will bill you for any and everything. Her practices are upselling, money-grubbing and show a lack of professionalism for the dental practice. She will have you fill out and sign paperwork before explaining it to you and while you are already sitting/laying in the examination chair. Total scammer. If you look at some of the other poor reviews about her work, you can also she has scammed others before.

After telling her that I was dissatisfied with her services, she began to SCREAM and YELL at me over the phone and abruptly hung up. She is the only dentist in her office. She has no receptionist, no office managers, no dental assistants, etc. This is probably due to her bad attitude and unprofessionalism, which likely makes it difficult for her to work with anyone else, so she attempts to poorly run the office on her own. Also, she will harass/disturb you with phone calls, calling at all hours of the day and leaving multiple voicemails. I immediately terminated her services and will be reporting her to the Dental Board to conduct an investigation.

Upon terminating her services and requesting my dental records/x-rays, she told me it would cost $35 for me to obtain them. She is greedy, unprofessional, and will try to charge you for anything. Even procedures that you don’t need. Once you start to question anything related to payments, Marjan becomes aggressive, hostile, and defensive. She has shown her poor character, and I will not be returning. I WOULD AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS!

Avoid at all costs. I went there a few times before realizing they try to oversell you on everything… Funny thing I would not have written a review if I had not been contacted for a supposedly procedure charge 3 YEARS LATER!!!….

Update, without my knowledge nor consent, they charged me for a special periodontal cleaning which is not covered by the insurance… The date on the invoice is not even a date I have visited the office, another fraud….And they are now threatening me for collection if I don’t pay pronto…

A periodontal cleaning could make sense if it was approved by me before the exam. They should have been aware of the fact that my insurance is covering periodontal maintenance under basic and there is supposed to be a co-pay or deductible. So if they did the cleaning, how come they didn’t ask for a co-pay or deductible then? It just show how much of a scam they are trying to skim me and insurances by hiding services and threaten with a bill years later….

If you don’t like surprises like this one, I would avoid this dentist at all costs. I will report them to the Dentist Board
