I’ve been a patient at this dentist for a year now and the first experience I had wasn’t that great. The staff were super friendly but the dental hygienist I had was a nightmare. She was very rough with my teeth and caused my mouth to hurt for about 2 weeks following my cleaning. I decided to give them another try in January of this year and they were fantastic! I didn’t have any issues at all. Fast forward to my appointment today, I believe I had the same exact hygienist I had the first time because she was SO rough with the cleaning instruments and just generally rough with my teeth. While she was flossing my teeth, I literally had to grab her hand and stop her so I could tell her to not be so rough. Such a bad experience. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
The Manager is a little rude and I hope she was just having a bad week because if she was the first one I encountered, I would have missed a great dentist experience!
Dr Sanghvi and all her helpers are great, detail oriented, Warm, Friendly and caring and made me so comfortable , I almost forgot I was at the dentist. My teeth never looked and felt better. The hygienist Lovepreet did such a good job cleaning my teeth , best ever ! and also very kind. Can wait for my next cleaning. The front desk is super welcoming . Both receptionist very friendly, helpful and professional .

Laguna West Dental Care is the best with doctors that really care about the health of your teeth (unfortunately most doctors that we went to before Don’t). All of their Hygienists are very knowledgeable and very detail when they clean your teeth. This is the only office ( I and my husband have been through at least 4 different office before we settle with LWDC) that’s honest when dealing with our insurance benefit. The office equipped with high technology and always look clean and professional. I would give them 10 stars if I could and recommend this office to everyone I love
