Reviews:
Not a fan of a 1-star use when it feels like a means to bomb a rating, but I have no way of reflecting my experience otherwise.

Made an appointment a month out. We come in the day of and were told they cancelled our appointment because the “dentist wasn’t in”. Things happen, but we never received a phone call due to someone at the desk writing down the wrong number (even if I misspoke, my number would be on the caller ID when I made the appointment) and never got any emails. I had also called previously before then and was told nothing.

Instead of any apology or solution that provided some modicum of remorse to having me take a holiday from work and driving all the way there, they offered only to put us in IF someone cancelled.

Plainly disrespectful. I fully understand that things go out of control, but failing to notify someone (with a number that was called to them multiple times or by email), and providing an insulting solution of “you can have an appointment if you’re lucky”, is just pathetic

I feel so lucky to have Dr. Hardy for my dentist. She is super friendly and so is everyone who works in the office.
I had to get some work done on a tooth and felt pretty nervous, I get anxiety in the chair. I was surprised to find myself falling asleep a few times. For me the numbing needle is the worst part of the procedure but with Dr. Hardy I didn’t even know she had done the injection.
I am a huge fan! Another thing she does which is pretty rare in my opinion is she puts all her attention and focus on what she is doing and she is involved the whole time, unlike many others who hand you over to assistants to do most of the appointment.
I highly recommend Dr. Hardy to anyone looking for a dentist. She is a gem!
Professional, quality-driven staff. I went in to get a cavity filled on referral, they painstakingly took the time to make sure that my “bite” felt the same before the procedure. Much better than other practices that have sent me on my way with “your bite may feel lopsided now, but you’ll get used to it.”

Dull ceilings, however.
