This office started strong for me. Made me feel comfortable. I even referred love ones to them. I paid everything upfront insurance covered their part. We tried 3 to 4 times to do the finally step on my denture. I canceled a few appointments but finally I showed up and was told they have tried to get a hold of me for weeks to change my appointment which wasn’t true. With not one miss call or email besides the one that says we will see you in 3 days. Then went as far as telling me I must have changed my number. Also not true but only said my appointment was canceled weeks ago. So I had to make another appointment. So about one month later I went in met with the dentist and got ready to leave to find out I had another bill. When I paid this bill upfront and in 4 attempts to get in with this finally step this was the first I heard of more money needs to be paid. Then with just a bunch of finger pointing doesn’t change the fact they started the work then told me I owe more.

I can’t say enough to compliment and recommend the crew at Colby Pacific Dental. April and Candy helped me with appointments, dental records, insurance questions. Krista is the best dental hygienist EVER! She is exceptional at her job, has just the right touch and takes really great care of her patients. Darcy was terrific when I had my exam – listened and asked great questions, and made me feel unbelievably at home. I never expected to find this at a dentist office, but I’m so glad I have! Becca was very thorough, gentle, and skilled at deep cleaning. And last, and most gratifying, Dr. Heather was top-quality. Super knowledgeable and informative, gentle touch, very thorough, took the time to clearly answer any questions I had. I have come away from Colby Pacific Family Dental after multiple appointments, always feeling like I have the absolute best dental care team, along with over-and-above customer care. Highly highly recommend.

It took me 70 years but I have finally found the best dentists and hygienist ever. They take pride in making you feel relaxed and informed from the moment you walk in. The receptionists are friendly and caring which puts you at ease right away.. I would recommend Colby Pacific Family Dentistry to anyone that shies away from dentist as I am one of the biggest procrastinators when it comes to taking care of my mouth because of past experiences with other dentists.
