Reviews:
First time I went to this office I was seen by a very nice gentleman who told me what other dentists told me was wrong, he could save my teeth. He said some were savable, some needed root canals and the rest needed removal. He told me how much money I would need and I said I would save and come back. That was nov 2023. But then today I went in and saw a lady, she told me since I waited too long (2 months) all my teeth need to be removed and full dentures in place. And plus the tooth I came in to get extracted she has to refer me out. I explained that is not what I was told last time and she said oh well this is what your teeth look like now. First on the door it says extractions done there. And second I have state insurance but I told her the root canals would be out of pocket. She didn’t care. She just kept saying remove all teeth. I will be going somewhere else. I feel discriminated on due to the fact I have state insurance and she can’t make any money off me! I gave them one star because if you get the gentleman me might be able to save your smile.
Not recommended. Poor customer service. The receptionist was very snobby. Poor dental work. The dentist did poorly on filling procedures. The work started right after the local anesthetic agent was injected. The patient was barely numb and had a compliant of pain right away before the dentist started to slow his work. One of the fillings fell off the next day. Issues reported to the clinic. The clinic offered re-do work, but the patient refused to come back for fear of a painful procedure again from this place. This is for the clinic only: treat each and everyone regardless of their background with dignity.
Going to a dentist is a scary adventure in two aspects: 1) chance of meeting a well experienced, highly skilled, knowledgeable and kind doctor, and 2) an affordable and reasonable price for a treatment. If either or both go bad, one would be in serious trouble.

I am very thankful that I found Everett Dental Care and met Dr. Park. I could sense that he was my dream doctor when I first met him and listened to his diagnoses on my dental problems and approaches he was going to take to solve them. And, the prices I got were a lot lower than other places where I got quotes on the same problems previously.
