I have been going to Dr Ford for a couple years now and he and all of his team- from hygienists to front desk staff- have been professional and pleasant. I just had a scheduling issue as I needed to get in before month’s end to make sure I still had insurance coverage and Dr Ford agreed to keep the office open later to fit me in- that is going above and beyond.
After years of neglect and anxiety I had a lot of work to be done, from the moment I called and spoke to Tammy I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Ford is awesome and I am so happy with my results, Tiffany and David are great assistants and everyone has such a great attitude. I had an abscess tooth and was not able to go to my regular dentist. The office was so accommodating to get me in and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Dr Jacob and his assistant were excellent and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone and I will be going back for any dental needs.
