This place is actually terrible. They never answer the phone and will cancel your appointment without telling you. The dentist screamed at me when I asked (nicely) why it was taking 30+ minutes when we got there at the exact time our appointment was, claiming I would wait “the same amount of time at a hair salon”. The dentist has used a drill on my teeth multiple times after telling him I was not numb! He also neglected to tell me that I would need a root canal until I was in extreme pain and two years later the pain still has not gone away fully! The only good part is the hygienists, I have no idea how they put up with such a jerk.

We left their care because the business is run poorly ever since they were bought out by someone out of this state. I had an appt. and needed to cancel so I called the office, left several messages and no one had the courtesy to call me back. That was it for me. We found another dentist and trying to get our records was extremely difficult. Finally, after many phone calls (all unanswered I might add) and 2 visits to Dental Care, I finally got our records. Very bad business practice.

I have been a patient here for several years now and recently it is impossible to get an appointment. My last 2 appointments were canceled. This is understandable, however, They do not answer phone calls and do not answer messages like their voicemail prompt says.I just don’t understand why they would pay google to sponsor their search and then not even response to current and potential clients.
