Reviews:
If you are planning to get an implant done at Lee dental. Please do your research as many as possible. Lee dental is not ready for doing implant for your tooth or your teeth. The doctors there are practicing on clients teeth and when they can not do it, they will send you to there sister company out in Cap coral. The doctor has done my implant and then he let the other doctor finish the job but he messed up the implant and he end up has to pull the whole implant out and send me to the sister company. But I don’t go to their sister company instead I went to N.Y. to get it done. And it a lot cheaper than what they charged me. Even I included my flight together and it still cheaper. Guys if you need an implant done. You only need go 2 times if you don’t need bone graft. Go 3 times with bone graft and you done. I went to Lee dental more then 3 times and still not get done. End up paid more than the prices. I don’t care if I have to pay high price if they done it right. The place is very big and mostly are newly graduate doctors. Don’t be suprise when you got your teeth done half way and the new doctor continue. I do not plan to write this reviews but I feel uncomfortable, I felt like something trapped inside me. what they had done to me and I didn’t want others to make the same mistake.
While I generally appreciate this practice and rarely have any issues, my recent visit could have been smoother. They recently implemented oral cancer screenings, which I applaud as a valuable service. However, the way it was introduced could be improved. I wasn’t offered the option to have the screening beforehand, unlike the usual fluoride treatment choice. This resulted in a higher bill than anticipated. When I inquired about the amount, the explanation was simply that it went towards my deductible. Assuming I had an outstanding balance, I didn’t question it further.

In addition, it would be helpful to have some consistency with dental hygienists. I seem to see a different one at each appointment.

Overall, clear communication about additional procedures and costs, as well as some consistency with hygienists, would greatly enhance the patient experience. Despite this experience, I still value this dental practice and believe these improvements can be made.

I have been going to this place for the past year since moving here from out of state . They are all friendly and extremely accommodating but I feel I need to mention, they are really patient for people with dentist “phobias”. They are understanding and compassionate and go above and beyond to make the person feel comfortable .

The hygienist , Monica , is just fun . She does an amazing job on your teeth and I can’t recommend them enough !

My journey for my smile is not over but I have no doubt with no matter who I see here , I am in good hands. I highly recommend you give them a try if you are new to the area or just want a change or , like me , want to conquer past phobias, they are the best !
