My family and I came to this office for a few years. It’s kind of impersonal for a small office. They told us that our daughter has an enamel defect and still, 75% of the times she got a cleaning done, the hygienist treated us as if we didn’t take care of her teeth, like the enamel issue wasn’t in her chart. The hygienist also told us condescending that she needed to see an orthodontist several times after we’d already told them we had been to one and had a treatment plan 8n place for AFTER her adult teeth had all come in. It’s also kind of gone downhill since it passed hands from father to son… We ended up having to switch dentists because, at a cleaning appointment, they ran a procedure through my insurance and told me it would be $50 and scheduled my appointment. Well, sometime in the few weeks between them running it through insurance and my appointment, they went out of network and didn’t tell me. Imagine my surprise when I got a bill for $550, after paying the $50 I was told it would cost, when nothing had gone wrong and no extra work was needed. I understand they don’t have to tell me, but it was bad business not to, especially when they were calling other people to tell them they would be out of network soon during the cleaning appointment where they quoted me $50.

For most of my adult life I’ve been extremely embarrassed to let anyone see my teeth or even smile for photos etc. I’ve been type 1 diabetic for the last 23 years and it has taken a toll on my teeth, gums and jaw bones. After visiting Wright dental center in union, KY and seeing Dr. Paul Massie, we came up with a plan to fix all of my issues. Dr. Massie & his team made me feel like I could still achieve a beautiful and healthy smile. I was in really bad oral health, constantly getting infections, abscess, and my teeth stared to give away and became loose. After my consultation I went ahead and decided to have the all on 4 dental implants with Dr. James Wright. I can not begin to tell you how much better I feel. My smile looks like a million bucks and most importantly my overall health has improved 100% I’m no longer in constant pain, and I’ve smiled more over the past few weeks than I have my entire life. A+++ across the board from start to finish. I can’t thank Wright Dental Center enough. Highly highly recommend. Thank you to Dr. Massie, Dr. Wright, and the whole team!

I have tried several dental offices in the area and Dental Wright is by far the best. Very caring staff. Dr. Lincoln and his assistant are very gentle for those with anxieties. Heather my hygienist makes you almost forget your having your teeth cleaned. 10/10.
