Dr Castellano is really one of the “good” guys. I’ve been going to his office for the last 8 years. He’s extremely patient and very through. His staff is extremely friendly and very professional. I’m a total basket case when it comes to my dental care so at times my cleaning can be stressful but Dr Castellano and his staff always come through every time to really make it a non issue. That is why I keep going back.
They charged me $25 because I missed an appointment , some lady called me in the morning and she said that she was the manager and I was try to explain to her that I couldn’t be in the appointment , I had an emergency! , but She didn’t care , I asked if I could talk with the doctor but nobody has called me yet, they already lost two patients me and my wife!
Dr. Castellano is an excellent dentist. This office is spectacular and staff truly treat you with kindness. Leah at the front desk is especially friendly and helpful. She took time to help me set up my first appointment and is so professional. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone!
