Reviews:
We have been going to Dr. Adamson for over 10 years now. You couldn’t find a better dentist & team to work with. Always professional & kind. Excellent skill. Great work! Great with children too! My husband, 6 children, and I all go to Dr. Adamson. I want to share a quick story about my daughter. My 15 year old used to have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist because she went through a traumatic experience with a dentist in Saratoga springs when we used to live out there when she was 2years old. Dr. Adamson has been very patient & understanding with her over the years. Working with Dr. Adamson has helped her to overcome her anxiety because he is so good and patient. They have a good patient/doctor relationship. Today she has no problem going in to see the dentist. And has never had to be put under anesthesia! Thank you Dr. Adamson!
Dr. Adamson is an excellent dentist and I received quality care for ~10 years from he and his staff. However, without any warning I recently received a letter in the mail stating he no longer takes my dental insurance. When I called to clarify, the receptionist told me that they had “run the numbers”, and that my and two other dental insurances were found to reimburse the least. Thus, they were no longer accepting them. As I don’t want to pay out-of-network/out-of-pocket costs for my dental care, I canceled my upcoming cleaning and am currently looking for a new dentist.
One of my crowns came off. Dr. Adamson’s office was able to get me in as a new patient the next morning. When I went in, they took me right in, Dr Adamson glued the crown back in place, evaluated another tooth I had been worried about and I was on my way in about an hour.
They were quick, thorough and I left me with a better understanding of my dental health and the the decisions I need to make in the future. Overall a very positive experience.
