Reviews:
The absolute WORST medical experience I have ever had. So unprofessional!!! The worst staff to ever exist are at this office.

I went in for a cavity and first they took X-rays so atrociously blurry that the next dental office I went to couldn’t interpret them. Then for the “cleaning” they had me in a room laid out with beds (no curtains??) and all the patients in one row, they didn’t even floss or brush they put some questionable paste on my teeth and called it clean.
Finally when the dentists finally came out she looked at my teeth for 0.2 seconds and said I had 4 cavities and possibly needed a root canal like WHAT. I brush and floss everyday so this was shocking.
I decided to go a second dental office since I had such a bad experience here and I had ONE cavity that they fixed very quickly; P.S. if you want a competent dentist and staff go to the Toothfairy Spa in Baltimore they are amazing.
The worst part was the rude receptionists. They made me jump through hoops to get my scans (that ended up being unusable) sent to the new office, taking over a week! They had an attitude every time I talked to them and they were completely unprofessional. Now they keep calling me for an appointment I never scheduled, ha! Over my dead body am I going to that!

I would prefer to suffer with a mouthful of cavities for the rest of my life than deal with this office again!

I don’t even care to give 1 star. My son has been a pt at Adventure Dental for years. There has always been a wait no matter what time our appts are scheduled. His appt for today was at 3:30pm. We arrived about 5min late. As I write this review, it is 4:39pm and we are still in the reception area. I just asked my son was he ready to go to a new dental office because I can’t take it anymore. His response was “I’m surprised you haven’t changed dentists a long time ago.”
As we were taken in the back at 4:41pm, there are at least 11 staff members in the back, with only 3 patients seated in 6 of the chairs. Today was finally enough for me. I will be researching other dental offices as of tomorrow.
Hi there!

Today my daughter had a dental cleaning appointment at 8:30. We arrived to the appointment at 8am. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and let us enter the building and wait until it was time to check in. She was super friendly and helpful walking me through filling out the paperwork. My experience at Adventure Dental is always a pleasant experience and I wouldn’t take my daughter anywhere else to be seen. Hats off to the front desk for being the best frontline of the office!
