Reviews:
I tried to make an appointment person on phone was nasty and rude and even hung up on me. So I went in today and she started in as soon as I asked her a question. I like the dentist who do the work and have used them over the years until recently. The young black girl at the front was so nasty and by the time I left they gave me the ultimatum apologize to her abs she would apologize or I could go elsewhere. Well baby I’m going elsewhere. I canceled the appointment. He told me they are so short staff he can’t loose her. So he rather keep that kind of firt interaction and face of the business than patients. That’s fine. And funny I saw a review from two months ago about this same girl. Like I said she a problem. I know none my friends or family coming back to them after this.
Horrible, horrible experiences with them. The male dentist stretches your mouth open so far your lips are chapped a week afterward. He does so with one hand and no assistant to help, therefore trying to do their things with the other hand. Front tooth fell out of the partial not long after getting the cheap model of a partial. The assistant didn’t appear to have graduated high school and didn’t know what to do. They set up a new appointment to bill insurance simply to take the partial back to replace the front tooth that fell out. They don’t know who to bill for the repair. Awful, horrible experience all the way around.
UPDATE: I was removed as a client of the practice and I get a phone call from Cici a few months later wondering if my insurance has changed because I have an upcoming appointment. I asked who scheduled the appointment. She didn’t know. They appear to be trying to bill insurance companies for appointments without seeing the patient. I have reported to the state insurance board and to the BBB.

The dentist was fine. The office staff is incompetent (doesn’t call in prescriptions, doesn’t honor appointments). This feels like a Medicaid scam center.
