I Absolutely Love, Love, Love Dr. Leidy and his Awesome Team. Especially Chris Gaffey his Amazing Assistant Sidekick Extraordinaire. I had horrible experiences before I found Dr Leidy and his practice and I have now been a Loyal Happy patient for over 10 years. I am hypersensitive about my teeth, my gums and my smile. Dr. Leidy has always addressed every concern I’ve had and in my opinion he is an Artist in his field. I would not trust my smile to anyone else in Hampton Roads. If he ever retires I honestly will be heartbroken! If you are a Local or a New resident in Our Beautiful City and looking

I was seen on 2 different occasions and was treated vary rudely by Brandy. I was told I never canceled my appointment and they charged me a $56.00 no show fee. When I brought the charge to her attention she did not want to listen to anything I had to say and all she was trying to do is argue with me. (what ever happened to customer service) I told her I was going to report her to my dental Insurance company and a couple days later I get a letter saying they no long want to see me as a patient. All I have to say to this dentist is GOOD LUCK with having rude people like her working for you because she will ruin your reputation that you worked so hard for!!
It’s nice to visit a dentist that fully understands how terrifying the experience can be to some people. I really appreciate that Dr Leidy and his staff offer twilight sedation for regular procedures such as fillings and cleanings. I had a traumatic experience as a child, and have been to other dentists that belittled me because of my fear and refused to offer sedation. If a dentist really cares about your oral health, I don’t understand why they would refuse to offer sedation to people that are willing to pay for it. Thankfully, dentists like Dr. Leidy are willing to work with me – Thanks Dr. Leidy!
