The staff at Palace Station Dental are truly exceptional. Not only are they highly skilled professionals, but they also possess a genuine compassion for their patients’ well-being. From the receptionist (Love you Patty) to the dental hygienist (Noe) and dentist (Dr. Pak), everyone I encountered was friendly, attentive, and committed to ensuring that I felt comfortable throughout my visit.

One aspect that stood out to me was the level of personalized care I received. The team took the time to listen to my concerns and address them with care and expertise. Whether it was explaining a procedure in detail or providing tips for maintaining oral hygiene, they went above and beyond to ensure that I had all the information I needed to make informed decisions about my dental health.

First of all one has to remember that every treatment received is special to that patient. My visit was for an exam and cleaning. Upon arriving I was greeted by Shanick she was very friendly and started with a joke about my truck. Once in the back X-rays, cleaning, and a visit from the dentist, all seemed normal. Everything was explained as we proceeded. After an extraction and leaving this is where things became exceptional. While picking up my prescription I received a text from Shanick, asking if I had picked up my meds, and to check on me, and to inform me if I had any issues to text her. In my years of going to different dentist this is the very FIRST time anybody has called it texted me to check up on me. My visit went from ordinary to exceptional because of this young lady. I’ll see you again in a few months…..

I had the best experience with the staff at this location. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions thoroughly. Dr. Pac did an amazing job with my cleaning and he was very explanatory through the process ensuring I understood all my options. The staff was great at making me feel welcomed and comfortable. I’ll definitely frequent this office for the great experience I received!
