This dentist is very arrogant and nonprofessional. He and his assistant was talking very badly about me across the hallway because I did not want my teeth clean. I told the hygienist that i was experiencing very bad gum pains. The dentist came in to see me and ask why did i not want my teeth cleaned and I told him the same thing i told the hygienists…because my gums are infected and did not want to go through that pain . The dentist Giovannitti told me without even examining me the reason my gums are infected is because i dont have my teeth cleaned. I found that strange because the hygienist just told me that i have beautiful teeth not to mention that I was there 6 months prior and had a cleaning. This dentist is only out to make money and not concerned about what the patient has to say whatsoever. In fact after i declined the teeth cleaning he refussed to see me. I also detect a bit of racism within the practice including the dentist. This was a nightmare. If I would have known this before I took off of work I would have definitely choosen another practice. I only chose 1 star to post a review. Wish I could have chosen less. Please be aware of this denistry

I only gave a 1 star because the option for 0 was not available. Very disappointed with my service. Which was none. I’ve had three appointments to fix current issues, like needing a crown and filling’s. This has been known since my very first appointment! This dentist will reschedule for everything but what you need done! Three visits that he going to get paid for and all I have is a piece of temp filling that i could have done myself with over the counter products! ( which I came in with on day one.) you would think on your first visit the dentist will look at and clean your teeth! Three visits and nothing done to fix my issues! i’m going to reach out to my insurance and insure they DO NOT PAY FOR VISITS! only thing he did was tell me what i needed – fillings and crown and rescheduled for four weeks out, when i get back in the chair he wants to clean my teeth.. I can’t understand why it wasn’t done on visit number one?

I can’t say enough about Dr. Giovannitti and his staff (Lois and Linda to name a few). In all my 40 plus years of seeing a dentist he is by far the most professional, kind, clean and accommodating dentists office I’ve been in. I have been seeing Dr. Giovannitti for years now and so have my family. I recommend him to everyone I know who may be looking for a good dentist. My employee uses him as well traveling all the way from the West End. Thank you Doc for doing such a great job on my teeth and taking care of my wife and kids as well.
