Reviews:
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. The time with this dentist office started off great and I was thrilled about it. However, it quickly went down hill and I began to see that I made a mistake in choosing this dentist office. If you are needing any type of crowns on your teeth, please keep in mind that they are going to attempt to give you ESTHETICALLY pleasing crowns that do not match the rest of your teeth. I had to get my crowns redone 3/4 times because they keep giving me what they thought would look good instead of actually giving me what the impressions of my teeth looked like. After the last attempt, they finally sent me to a place to get my crowns done that actually cared about giving me crowns that matched my teeth. I was made to feel incompetent, stupid, and regretful for coming here and continuing to speak up for myself. The last day I was at this dentist office, the doctor literally left me in the room for 1-2 hours, multiple times, without even telling me what was going on and made me feel ungrateful for telling them that I’ve been here since 9AM (was now late in the evening) and she replied with “well so have we,” as if it’s not her job to be at her place of business. Furthermore, there was an interaction between me and the dentist where she kept telling me that I need orthodontics OVER AND OVER AND OVER. I had to quite literally tell her to please stop suggesting this as one, I know I need orthodontics and two, I can’t financially afford them. Despite telling her this, she continued to tell me that I need orthodontics and it made me feel like complete crap and made me emotional to the point that I finally spoke up and told her how her actions and lack of respect were making me feel. After telling her how she was making me feel, the highlight of her response was that “my teeth were compromised long before I can there.” It’s responses like that and the lack of empathy that make people not want to go to dentist offices, especially when they have been informed of the mental health troubles that someone has been experiencing.

The receptionist(s) are the best part of this business and that’s where it ends.

I recently visited Infinity Smiles on a Saturday morning, and my experience was exceptional! Even on a “non” weekday, the entire team was inviting, engaged, and happy to service me. The quality of the service and professionalism displayed by everyone from the check-in staff, the dental assistants, and of course even to the Doctor, was simply stellar and exemplary. This practice is by far one of the most caring and pleasant dental offices I have ever gone to, thank you Infinity Smiles for providing me with such a top notch and memorable experience!
From the initial scheduling of my appointment, as well as walking into the office, and during my leaving the office, all of the staff was super professional, very pleasant and very welcoming. Ms. Quita was exceptional on the telephone, and she was just as wonderful in person. Everyone, including the MD, made me feel welcomed, valued and appreciated. Just overall exceptional customer service. Please keep doing what you are doing, It definitely stands out and it makes a great difference to patients.
