Horrible service. Nina has a very heavy hand, was left in lots of pain. I was double charged for procedures. I was notified by my insurance and when I brought it up to the office they literally yelled at me. I was told I was “not nice” because I was asking for my refund. Very concerning. The dentist refused services after my insurance called about the charges. I wouldn’t have gone back anyways, the care was brutal.
Dr. Sonin is my favorite dentist. I have been going to her office for more than ten years, and I drive all the way from Santa Monica because I have not been able to find a better dentist around here. She’s friendly, honest, and hardworking. I’ve always been happy with her dental work and never go anywhere else.
