I give 1 star because I don’t have other option. This was the worst experience I never had. I went for first time and the male dentist just saw my X-rays without see my mouth. They made me wait 1and a half month for the insurance approved the procedure. After that they cancelled my appointment because someone forgot to submit it the paperwork to the insurance. They made me to wait one more month. For the first visit they charged to the insurance for a cleaning service that they didn’t make. After 1 month I went to my appointment and Dr Imani was the rudest person that I never meet. Very unprofessional, she wasn’t able to do the procedure so after I made a few questions, she got uncomfortable and push me out “her”office, literally push me with her hands. It is a doctor manners appropriate?. .. I don’t think so. She was without control OMG.
Please do yourself and your family the favor to don’t go there.
Oh, the front desk women is very impolite as well and the assistant was working with her kid and ask him to fill the drawers with tools. ……..covid time…..

I went to this place with my parents last year, they were supposed to sent the approval to the insurance to see if it will cover . When I called the insurance they didn’t receive any paper from them . They are very unprofessional. Until now only my dad is receiving the service and my mom still waiting until they sent the approval to the insurance …2 months and still don’t sent the approval and when I called the dentist place they said we are still waiting for the insurance approval …. I was so mad and told her you didn’t even sent the paper that why the insurance didn’t sent any information yet …. My dad is an old person and was there almost 4 hours for his treatment … make him wait a lot .I don’t recommend this place try to find a better place . I don’t like this place at all .
I visited here with my children for the first time today, since their former pediatric dentist closed their Corona office temporarily. The office staff here was very friendly and provided my two children with cleanings within the hour!
Afterwards, I asked my children what they thought and they both resoundingly said that they really liked this dentist better. Why? “Because they work quickly and do a really good job of explaining everything they do to the children” – these are the answers they both gave.
Based upon their experience and the cleanliness and friendliness of the entire staff, I’m considering taking our other children here and even going here with my wife for our next cleanings, too.
