Reviews:
The employees are always confused about something. My mom was put on a waiting list for a crown, got a call back almost half a year later for the crown appointment, went to the appointment and was told no one knows why she’s there and she got X-rays instead of her appointment. Things are never the same the receptionist had to renew almost all her information when she’s been a patient for 2 years now. Ridiculous; I will be looking for a new dentist who accepts her insurance. I get it’s a cheaper place to go but you don’t have to act like it
Staff was friendly and helpful on telephone and super when I got to the clinic – My longtime fear with dental procedures dissappeared with the wonderful reception, initial exam, x-ray and scans. Dr. Kong and Marci were so gentle and nice. I especially like Dr. Kong not beating around the bush and helping me get set up with University of Iowa Oral Surgeons at the dental college. This is a great facility and I’m happy we have it in our city.
The worst part of the experience is dealing with the rude and unprofessional front desk staff. They do not greet you. They don’t help you. And they don’t answer the phones when they’re literally just sitting there. Didn’t have too bad of an experience for my toddler when we actually saw the dentist. Was in and out as she is just a little one. Can’t seem to get in anywhere else. Otherwise I definitely would and wouldn’t go back here.
