Reviews:
The star of the show is definitely Devyn, the dental hygienist. She has gone above and beyond in taking care of my oral health:
– Performed a thorough deep cleaning
– Now handles my maintenance cleanings
– Helped me completely overhaul my mouth’s health
– Incredibly thorough during every appointment
– Amazing bedside manner, warm, and down-to-earth
Dr. Emily Javadi is another standout. She recently did four fillings for me, and the experience was great:
– Kind and personable
– Takes time to keep me calm and informed
– Excellent at easing dental anxiety
– Made me feel safe throughout the procedure
As someone with significant dental anxiety, I appreciate how this office goes out of its way to ensure patient comfort. I’ll definitely be requesting Dr. Javadi for any future dental work and Devyn for all of my future cleanings.
Overall, this is an exceptional dental practice that Chattanooga is lucky to have. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-notch dental care with a personal touch!
I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your dental practice recently. On [Date], I visited River Valley Dental and was informed that I needed a crown for a specific tooth. Following the recommendation, I paid $500 upfront for the procedure.
The initial appointment resulted in the placement of a temporary crown. However, upon returning for the permanent crown fitting, I was informed that the crown would not fit and it had to be sent back. This delay was inconvenient, but what followed was even more distressing.
After finally receiving the permanent crown, I was informed that I would need to pay an additional amount close to $1,000. This unexpected charge was not communicated to me beforehand and came as a shock. Despite this, I agreed to pay to resolve the issue promptly.
However, the problems did not end there. Shortly after the placement of the crown, I began experiencing intense pain in the same tooth. Upon seeking a second opinion, it was determined that I now require a root canal treatment for the same tooth.
