Reviews:
Racism is at an all time HIGH! The Asian dentist Mabel Mai is more concerned with her lashes then helping patients, after a 45 min wait she entered the room without even an apology for the delay. Instead she tells me all the things she would NOT do for me as a patient- the Hispanic manager is very unenthusiastic and has the personality of a sloth!! Blacks are not welcomed at this location and after 3 BAD experiences I won’t return and if you are BLACK neither should you!! Ironically located in HARLEM the black Mecca. After reading some of these reviews maybe it’s a blessing that I wasn’t seen… I’d rate lower if I could!!!!!!!!!
The entire staff was polite to me. I also appreciate the gentleman I spoke with squeezing me in the day of for an appointment. However, the quality dental care I received was very jarring. The instruments they use are old, and rusty. The suction used for my cleaning did not work, and I was chocking from the water overflowing from my mouth onto my clothing. The female dentist told me my radiographs came back fine, but I was still in pain after my cleaning and I don’t believe she really assessed the root of my issue. Even though the staff was friendly, I don’t recommend anyone come here based on the oral care I received.
I had a dental emergency and was having a hard time finding a new dentist so Metroplus hooked me up with this practice.
I was SO PLEASED with the empathy and attention to detail of the team, receptionists included, and especially my doctor whom I forgot to remember her name but she was fantastic and offered me care on so many things I needed to make my dental health whole.
I need some root canals and to meet with the surgeons and everyone made me feel so taken care of secure – thank you to you all!
