Reviews:
From the initial phone call until I sat in a chair all that seemed important to them was payment. I have very good dental insurance that covered the entire visit but it was still priority #1 with zero concern for my comfort. I was sat down and an x-ray was taken of one tooth despite complaining of another area as well. The doctor came over and spent MAYBE 20 seconds looking at my one problem and promptly left stating he would send a referral to another dentist to do the root canal. That evening I started experiencing major pain in my tooth so I called the next morning to see if I could get started on an anti-biotic for some temporary relief until the root canal could be done. Although I didn’t ask for any pain meds I was told to take Tylenol or ibuprofen and that they would not prescribe anything. So basically, it was a wasted trip for me but at least they’ll get payment for doing nothing from my insurance!!
So the only reason they get 2 stars is because the hygienists are nice, but Dr. Gray himself has no interest in helping people. I asked him go speak with me after our appointment and he went out of his way to avoid me. It was extremely disrespectful and embarrassing. I’ve never experienced something like that from a doctor’s office. Like he legit did not care. I’ve been here for four appointments and talked with him for maybe two minutes at most.

Update: I just recently went to Goodland Dentistry and they took some x rays. They found spots all over my teeth where Dr. ray and his team neglected several areas of my teeth. Please people, save yourself some misery and don’t go here. They really don’t care about people.

I was so apprehensive about having to see a different dentist to have another obturator made.
Dr. Grey and his staff are AMAZING!
The staff made me feel at ease and were so professional.
Dr. Gray and his dad (who runs the lab) listened to my needs and concerns. I have a cleft palate so my dental needs are more difficult than most.
They were able to make me EXACTLY what I needed for a fraction of the cost. My last one cost 7,000.00. It never fit and broke within a short time.
The one Dr Gray made for me is high quality, fits PERFECT and was only 2,500.
I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Gray for all of your dental care.
