I have been a patient at Pittsford Family Dental for years. My last visit was a more involved procedure than I would have liked. I was extremely nervous to have this done. Dr. Connor could not have been better. He was very kind and so careful, knowing I was not happy to be there. Everything turned out great, no issues at all. This describes all visits I have had over the years, including the excellent dental hygienists and office staff. This visit just happened to be more involved. All good, all the time!
I am totally pleased with Pittsford Family Dental. It’s very nice to be able to have certain items completed on site, instead of having things made off-site. Amy has been my hygienist for years and is always caring and does a terrific job. Dr. Mark is an incredible dentist and accomplishes procedures truly “pain free.” And, the front office staff is always helpful; they just determined that I wasn’t getting everything I am due from my insurance. Thank you and Bravo!
I’ve been going here for years and I am very happy with my dental care. Today I had to have two crowns put in. Dr. Ann knew I was nervous and took the time to explain every part of the procedure and put my mind at ease. The crowns came out perfect! My bite feels normal, and they look great. It’s nice to know I’ve put my trust in the right place and the right doctors.
