This is the first negative Google review we’ve left. My husband went here several years ago. It took months (and I mean MONTHS) to get a crown in and to finish his dental work. He had to call to get updates on the ETA multiple times. Then there is the billing, an utter disaster. We set up a payment plan and fulfilled our responsibility, paying on time and in full as agreed. That should have been it. Fast forward to summer 2023, and we receive a bill for over $1k. We were charged for an extra crown and services that weren’t rendered/received. Obviously, we weren’t pleased but tried to be understanding. My husband went to the office, and the manager (who was, to her credit, very apologetic) saw we’d fulfilled our commitment, realized we’d been erroneously charged, and corrected the issue. In fact, they had to issue a refund. Fast forward to August 2024, and we just received a bill saying we owe around $800. No one in our family has been there since the crown (the one he waited months for) was permanently placed. Again, we don’t leave negative reviews and are typically very patient. We forgave the first time around when the new manager explained there was a change in leadership, and they were getting things straightened out (we weren’t the only people with issues). However, this coming up again could affect our finances and credit. Frankly, this is unacceptable. Our insurance provider and coverage level have not changed in years. The quoted services and payment agreement entered into by both parties should be honored. We already found a new dental practice we love and, when one of us needed a crown, received it within two weeks. We would not recommend this practice (as it currently stands). Even if (hopefully for their current patients) the services have improved and product arrival times have sped up, the billing alone makes this a No.
Terrible experience, miscommunication, rude staff and unprofessional Staff doesn’t get along. (Diane and another worker were going at it while I was waiting)
Nancy was rude, Diane had no care in the world and rolled her eyes while we were trying to find a solution. Dentist was nice.
I came in for a cleaning/ check up but they said I needed xy and z. I declined all services and at the end Diane (assistant or receptionist I’m not sure ) told me my total was $530 when I was expecting $0. She didn’t understand my decline and I didn’t understand why the dentist was doing such things during my service. Come to find out Diane miscommunicated and did not send the right message to the dentist so the dentist did a very deep cleaning when I was supposed to only have a regular cleaning. While Trying to find a solution Nancy (operation manager) got rude and try to make it seem as if I knew and just didn’t want to pay. At the end of the day Nancy called head of company and they told her just zero it out and let me leave. They first refused to give my husband the medical workers and everyone involved names Diana said it was due to Hippa Nancy said she will just give it to law enforcement. my husband then said ” but that goes against our hippa rights ?” Only then were they magically able to give us info.
This was my first time here, I will not be going back and I don’t know why this couldn’t be handled better. I will be trying contacting the owner.
This is absolutely the worst place I’ve ever been to they do not know how to handle business I went in for dental appointment. They did nothing and I paid good money for my insurance. Call them multiple times to try to schedule appointment to come in and get the work done it was always someone will get back to me. Nobody never gotten back to me. I mean the whole management team sucks. The whole place sucks went there to get my records. They’re closed. Why are you closed on a weekday? No clothes sign supposed to be open, they don’t know that the office closed is just the whole service altogether. It was a horrible experience. I wouldn’t advise anybody to go there.
