This is a wonderful dental clinic and I would highly recommend Dr. Mantzoris or any of the dental tech’s that work here. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Mantzoris’s for 12 years now since 2010 and when I was pregnant with my daughter. He took great care of me then and I would say still continues to do so. My mom has been a patient of his for well over 20 years. I also bring my daughter to his clinic for dental checkups and other services he provides to her. Exceptional service, very professional, great location in downtown Toronto, warm and inclusive environment as well as very knowledgeable + kind staff. We feel safe and comfortable. Thank you for all that you do for us.
Our family has been patients of Dr Mantzoris for over a decade. He has consistently provided us with professional and friendly care. He has always made recommendations for our care with our best interests in mind and we trust his advice. Our kids are comfortable visiting the dentist because Dr Mantzoris makes it such a safe and calm environment. Recently our son had a suspected mouth ulcer so we called early in the morning to leave a message to book an appointment. Dr Mantozis called us back at 7am, then looked at the photos we email him to provide us with a recommendation for next steps. We feel safe in Dr Mantzoris’ capable hands.
Very poor experience, especially given experience with dentists since I went to this clinic. Shockingly, astoundingly, poor dental advice given – especially given the concerns I raised.
Concerns were not taken seriously, follow up appointments not booked as promised- literally just forgotten about.
My experience appears to be the exception, but frankly my mistake was accepting treatment from anyone other than Dr. Mantzoris himself. Your mileage may vary but I wish I’d never booked with them.
