First of all I will give a little context. I work up in Northern, QC most of the year. I have been neglecting my teeth and dental work for the past 4 years. I finally decided enough was enough and I had to take care of my teeth. I received Dr. Benitah as a recommendation through a friend.

Okay this is where the exceptional services start.

I called 4 days before departing back up North.They had no availability but when I explained my situation they took time to see what they could do and made a miracle and I got an appointment that day! VERY ACCOMMODATING. This appointment I had a basic cleaning and check up. The dental hygienist did a great job and was very efficient. She even managed to get all the plaque build up off my teeth that I recently noticed in the mirror and started to feel insecure about.
At the end of my appointment Dr.Benitah came in and looked at my teeth. He was very open and explained everything he saw.. Dr. Benitah and the hygienist had a conversation in english discussing my teeth (so I could understand) and explained the pricing and what they would recommend for my next appointment. They booked me in for when I returned to Montreal next. I was very pleased after my visit.

While I was away, I received an email will everything they discussed and a quote with a diagram. Very clear and easy to read. I have never had a dentist do this for me but it was very appreciated. I truly feel like they had my best interest in mind.

So now I’m back in Montreal, and this week I received multiple services from Dr. Benitah. My first appointment was to fix my cavities he found during my check up during my last visit.

He took the time to explain everything he preformed. Throughout the process he would talk to me and answer any questions I had. He would even stop and encourage me to take a look in a mirror at what he was doing and explaining everything he was observing. I found this so helpful and a much more interpersonal experience then any other dentist I’ve been too. My fillings looks awesome. Clean and tooth colour, no one could ever tell.

My second appointment which was this morning was for my 4 wisdom teeth. I was a bit nervous for this because a lot of friends told me I shouldn’t remove all 4 at once and it would be very panful. My experience with Dr. Benitah…AMAZING. He froze me very well making sure to check in constantly to see if I was having any pain. He explained what he was doing and what each thing was for.. and again no surprises because he sent me a email prior to the appointment with everything to expect. After the appointment he did a great job making me understand all the aftercare and risk. He even asked to send a follow up email to check in after the numbing wore off. To me that a very caring gesture. I’m honestly so happy I ended up hearing about this dentist. If you want a dentist that makes you feel comfortable and taken care of I highly recommend this dentist. I am extremely satisfied. Thank you so much Dr.Benitah and your team!!!

Im so happy I went to him!!! I haven’t seen a dentist for over a decade and after he examined me he found I had over 12 cavities. I didn’t feel judged by the staff by my teeth and he made me feel comfortable. After getting most of my fillings competed I can say he is a great dentist who cares about his patients and takes good care of them! He even made the experience more personal by showing me in the mirror the cavity he was looking at and explained me what he was doing as he was doing it. Good energy and efficient. All 6 cavities from my upper teeth were filled in under an hour! Highly recommend

The worst dentist I ever had. I only had a cavity and I ended up removing the tooth. He shaved my tooth put a crown. With time my tooth cracked and I had to remove it. A job that should’ve cost me a couple of hundred dollars ended up costing me thousands of dollars. So if you value your teeth and your money avoid this dentist.
