My family and I have had nothing but fantastic experiences here. The waiting times have always been brief, and unlike many other dentists which I have tried going to, it’s easy to book appointments with shorter notice (another place tried to make me wait 2 months for a cleaning, Red River Dental saw me within a week)
The staff are very friendly and experienced, Dr. Shawn Hadi is incredibly comforting and empathetic, he clearly cares about the wellbeing of his patients; treats us like humans, rather than profit.
The office itself is comfortable and clean.

Update: I’ve had wisdom teeth removal and three root canals at the office, and I’m pleased to say that they went very smoothly. Super quick and painless procedures, thanks to the high quality care I received.

Incessant emails, phone calls and texts to confirm an appointment I already confirmed. Person on the phone said there was nothing they could do about it. Complained to office manager Courtney who said she would remove the confirmation requests, but by then I had decided that I no longer wanted to use their services and cancelled my appointment. When I told Courtney, she said she “personally” thought that was best and that wasn’t the place for me. I couldn’t agree more, so long, Court! Any professional who insists on talking over and interrupting a client/customer is an automatic no for me!
Poor behavior from staff and management condones behavior instead of addressing it. Mistakes happen but they should be taking feedback/complaints and work to improve customer service skills…but they do not care about what clients have to say and instead protect staff who are rude and unprofessional. I have switched dentists.
