First time there and few times after , my jaw locked last year and dr bohay was able to comfort me and assure me that it would get better . Recommended I do a sleep apnea test before getting a mouth guard 400$ later after all that I was told I had sleep apnea and had to get an appliance that would work for both TMJ and sleep apnea ! Well after sending in my quote to my insurance and they refused it as they couldn’t understand the process and the costs and I told them that thinking they would call my insurance or at least break down costs and resend after I couldn’t afford the huge cost ! THAT was it never heard from them again ! Stilll boggles my mind as I thought she was so nice and so caring and then just like that I was dropped ! Still in pain once in a while and no answers now i have to get my dentist to send me somewhere only to start the process again ! One year later !
