The worse experience I have received, I have never regreted something this much in my life, if you want stress, lack of compassion and awful service you are at the right place. I went to dr.Mouyal as I was referred by someone who had a great experience doing esthetic crowns and was super excited to begin the process for myself. I had my first appointment in January and was finalized in March. Almost 3 months wasted. They had issues and delay with delivering the crowns agreed on with the lab the first time, then a family emergency it happens, but then another two months went by where I constantly had to followup and the reception making me feel like I am bothering them. The dentist only blaming the lab without any accountability, I didnt chose the lab, you did.

It doesnt end there, after I finally received the final treatment I was relieved that at least it was final and in good faith they did provide a small discount for all the issue. The worse is yet to come. After permenent cement, two of my crowns fell less than 2 months and 3 months after the final appointment done in March. I had to use my insurance and go to another dentist to cement back and was devastated to find out that there seems to be an issue and crowns are likely infected and basically will likely fall gain and will always be in the stress they fall at one point. I took the time to write a long email explaining the issue, attaching the invoice and explaining all the stress and asked to have a call to discuss further. You know what they did, they ignored my email nor they did try to reach out to me a second time and didnt even bother to send me a message, a call, or try to contact me to see whats going or Cared until I found a cheque in my mail box to cover the cement back (~#$300), with no notes, no call no message until I had to email again. How insulting- I deserve more than apology. What kind of business hears their patient distress in a lengthy letter and do not even apologize when they are the party who create such a horrible service and experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME – NOT WORTH IT

Dr. Moyen is the worst dentist to received his license. Run if you fall in his hands. he will use and abuse your insurance, my mom’s experience was horrible, poor lady fell in his hands he charged her insurance for a partial which was a temporary one as if it was a permanent one she was in so much pain day and night from it when she went back to get it fixed he refused to see her and now she has to go to a new dentist and pay from her pocket with no insurance help because of what he did to her. The insurance company only covers this type of procedure every 5 years. Do your research and be prepared

Normally I have a big fear of dentists. When I first walked into their office , I was greeted with a friendly receptionist. Right away I started to feel less stressed when I met the dental hygienist. He was very friendly and professional. Made sure my first visit would be ok. The dentist was extremely friendly as well. Let’s just say this is my new dentist and I’m no longer paranoid about having a dentist appointment anymore.
